It makes the top bar on the screen flicker in and out. As well as randomly kicking me off the app. I'd rather use the web site
A huge corporation can't even have a working app
Buttons do not work. It makes the phone go crazy.
Unusable. The app no longer allows logging in at all. The UI is completely broken and keeps sending you back to the main menu if you even try to select "Log in"

Oh dear Lord this is the worst app ever. It's never worked, can't even log in. I think you guys do this on purpose so people are forced to call????
easy way too pay your bill
Rarely works. I've been trying to use this app on and off for years and I still end up having to use the website. The app crashes, causes my phone to go haywire, can't log me in due to an "error" or just plain won't work.
the app didn't work well at first but now it's very quick and easy to use.
